Six months ago, I started the Lead.Learn.Love community — a space for women who are building startups, navigating their careers or simply beginning to explore their own path of self-realization. The idea came to me when I noticed how often women would say, “I just wish there was a safe space where I could be more open, more myself, and know I’d be heard and understood without judgment.” I didn’t expect our gatherings to become so warm, honest, and inspiring. One of the questions I often get in the group is - Which women inspire you personally? That’s how the idea was born — to create talks with those I genuinely admire, whose stories have deeply influenced and inspired me. I’m incredibly happy that my first guest is Katsia Damankova — supermodel, mother of 4, and founder of a digital media platform. Every time I meet Katsia, I find myself thinking: this is what real beauty looks like. But within minutes of speaking, it’s no longer her appearance that strikes you, it’s her charisma, inner strength, calm confidence and the warmth she radiates. Katsia’s story is a rare and beautiful combination of self-realization — in both business and career — and the building of a big, loving family. To me she’s a living example and a powerful source of inspiration. We talked about motherhood and life balance, life in the modeling industry, societal expectations of women and of course, about beauty.
