For those that have asked yes I was on the horse. Anyone that knows me knows I hate animals yes call me a psychopath. I barely like humans. We did have stunt doubles too, so don’t get too gassed. This job literally threw me in the deep end — I arrived at my fitting after a 14-hour flight only to find out I had horse riding lessons the next day, and classes with a choreographer a few days later. Little did I know, it wasn’t a joke. That being said, as nervous as I was, I came out shining — literally. Me and horses are now BFFs… well, according to my 3-year-old! I’d actually love to ride again one day, to be fair. My fear has vanished. As for the dance moves — I call myself a bedroom dancer. In my past life, I dabbled in contemporary (what some people know as rolling around on the floor 😅), but other than that, you’d just find me in the club — again, past life. I remember calling my cousin for advice, even though I was in safe hands with @sergiovsreis . I honestly didn’t want to embarrass myself — although knowing me, I probably did. But hey, I don’t take myself too seriously. I had so much fun learning this routine and met the most talented dancers back in the motherland. I also made a friend for life — we were both in similar situations, away from our babies for the longest time, and we hit it off like a house on fire. Without this chick, it would’ve been hard. She was cheering me on right beside me… and also doing my head in, lol. But jokes aside, @tai.lorraine you helped me push through — through my fears and through being horribly sick. Midway through this job I fell sick, something wiped the life out of me. Still, we got the job done — and what an EPIC one at that. Massive thanks to the amazing team and talent I worked with on this. This will not be forgotten. ❤️ and most importantly thank you to my daughter for teaching me not to be afraid of our fears, and for being so brave while I was away. You inspire me every day, and I hope you know Mummy does it all for you. 💕 Seeing her wee face when I came home was absolutely priceless and once again when you saw the final product.
