1️⃣- during the first years of modeling I was very naive and worked for big designers without knowing who they were 🙈 2️⃣- I’ve done all the crazy diets you’ve heard of because yes, been told many times to cut weight . (Team +90cm hip!) - Now all body shapes are welcomed in the industry ❤️ 3️⃣- Selftape life is a bit annoying and we all miss the good old casting days!- only models know the audacity of building weird tripods in hotel rooms 😂 but it allows us to audition worldwide !! 4️⃣- I started to take my career/placements seriously after becoming a mom. Never ever missed one single flight😌 5️⃣- Staying in shape after 30 is “easier” because I already built my habits , my boundaries and my non negotiables for over a decade . But it certainly takes dedication 🥵 and a lot of money on skincare .. 6️⃣- yes I have used my roomate’s shampoo and toothpaste (once I accidentally brushed my teeth with somebodies hemorrhoid cream) 🙃 the karma for not asking first !! 7️⃣- I was not aware the ammount of rejection I could handle without taking things personal until I made it this far -It feels pretty amazing not to be bothered 🙂 it’s never about you, but rather if your profile fits on the marketing idea of their “audience”. Same theory can be applied in real life too 🤫 8️⃣- I have met the most amazing and werid people I know on shoots. And had some of the craziest anecdotes on set 😅 9️⃣- I sadly will introduce myself over and over to creatives I’ve already worked with because my memory space is full. (Sorry in advance) 🔟- digitals are still stressful 😂

Sunday writing ✍️… Sometimes you find yourself pulled in a direction you can’t explain. Not because you’re careless. Not because you meant to cause harm. But because something in you is shifting — quietly, painfully, honestly. You know what’s expected. You know the rules. And yet, something inside resists them. Not out of rebellion, but out of truth. A truth that doesn’t fit neatly into what you’ve been taught is right or wrong. It’s disorienting — to want peace and feel conflicted. To care deeply and still question everything. To carry guilt not for what you’ve done, but for what you’re feeling. The person you are supposed to be. This isn’t about excuses. It’s about how complicated it is to be human — to wrestle with what you know and what you feel, to sit with tension instead of running from it. Then comes the quiet realization: the only way out is through. Facing yourself — bravely. Exploring the truth — fully. What waits on the other side isn’t perfection, but realness. And that’s everything… As my favorite quote from Rumi says : “Out beyond ideas of rightdoing and wrongdoing , there is a field … I’ll meet you there 💙”
