Most fitness journey’s aren’t linear, life is always happening in between. There’s always going to be ups & downs and your why can always change. For me it started out just wanting to look good, and over time it changed to wanting to get stronger. Right now I’m at a place where better performance is the goal. Either way I the journey is never ending and that’s the best part. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and appreciate everyone that’s been there along the way, you know who you are 🫶🏽💪🏾

Adding Contrast Therapy to my Routine has been a game changer to my routine and my recovery. Especially after rugby games on the weekend or heavy weeks in the Gym. I find it relaxing but also rejuvenating and @peaqwellness always just makes this experience even better 🧖🏾‍♂️
