To celebrate the 6th birthday of my knitwear brand @cesarcasiercollection , I wanted to do something different. Something real. So, I chose to work with people who truly mean something to me. People I admire, who inspire me, who have shaped parts of my story, and who I deeply love. From the wonderful Pascale Naessens, who I met years ago at a book signing, and her husband Paul Jambers, a legend in his own right — it meant the world to have them both involved. To Nick Bril, whose love for food matches my own. My dear friend Marieke De Pauw and my sweet godchild Romeo they brought so much warmth. Elise, who I looked up to when I first started modeling — and who has since become a friend. Flor, who I’ve known since he was just six years old, and who’s now a rising star on the Belgian screen and theater stages — I couldn’t be prouder. Jan Hoet, who probably remembers me playing at SMAK as a kid while my dad was a chef in the his Restaurant. Anaïs, who I first met at a fashion show while I was serving champagne and finger food to models and guests, not knowing where life would take me. And of course… Conrad, who I love with all my heart.
