WELLNESS WEDNESDAY- @avashwellness x Casa Cipriani Milano I can’t express how grateful I am for the opportunity to share my story and how it all started, apparently as a Manifesting Generator, it’s in my Human Design to use my voice. Before AVÀSH was even in my thoughts, I loved making people feel at home on their worst and best days, to make they feel seen and supported, to share tools and remedies I’d experienced on my own skin, which is exactly what I needed firsthand on my hardest times. Sometimes I think of that girl crying herself to sleep while undergoing what she hoped was the last anxiety attack of the day, praying it would get to an end. And then I think of her now, and I am extremely grateful for all the suffering I went through as it spread bright new light into my life, it made me see all the red flags I had ignored for so long, and question either that was the life I was willing to live. It was painful but necessary. Throughout my healing journey, there was one thing I realized I was deeply missing: purpose. Today, I have found it with AVÀSH, my mission is not only to make the powerful remedies of Mother Nature available to everyone, but to address problems that are still “taboo” in our society, open conversations, learn and educate. So thank you, to everyone that has been there for me and taught me what a change love and support can do into one’s life and for those who are there for me now, supporting this journey, filling my days with gratitude and my life with blessings. Now let’s just take it avàsh avàsh.
